Geen publikasie van GISA mag, in geheel of ten dele, gedupliseer en beskikbaar gestel word (in enige formaat hoegenaamd) aan enige ander persoon, hetsy gratis of teen vergoeding nie. Waar inligting vervat in GISA in enige ander publikasie aangehaal word ingevolge die “billike gebruik” beginsel, moet die bron asook die naam van GISA erken word, bv: “Erkenning: “SA Geslagsregisters” vol 2, Genealogiese Instituut van SA, Stellenbosch, 1989, p. 212”. Hierdie is die vanne teen 'n koste. Hulle bestaan uit meer as 5 reëls. Vanne nie hier gelys is onder die Graits Inligting / Gratis Individuele vanne beskikbaar. 'n Eenmalige prosesseringskoste heffing van R25-00 word bygevoeg aan die einde van die bestelling.

GISA owns the copyright on all publications published by GSA, whether they be in hard copy or electronic format, according to the Copyright Act No 98 of 1978. No publication of GISA may, whether partly or fully, be duplicated and made available (in any format whatsoever) to any third par;ty, whether free or for payment. Where information contained in any GISA publication is quoted in any other publication according to the “fair use” principle, the source as well as the name of GISA must be acknowledged, for e.g: “Acknowledgement: “SA Genealogies” vol 2, Genealogical Institute of SA, Stellenbosch, 1989, p 212.” These are the surnames at a cost per page. They contain a more then 5 lines. Under the Gratis Inligting / Gratis Individuele vanne you will find further family surnames which are for free. An once off processing cost of R25-00 will be added at the end of the order.
